Abstract: The host of this video discusses what happens when an individual turns 18 and how it can affect their Supplemental Security Income (SSI). He talks about an SSI tip sheet that answers questions a person might have. The tip sheet provides information on keeping your SSI, employment, re-applying for and reinstating benefits, appealing if you’ve been turned down, and what happens if benefits are denied.
