Is there money to help me start a business?

There are several resources available to help you start your business, find funding, and build your network.

The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) has links to resources in each state for economic development and funding.

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has loan programs available for people starting their own businesses and a state by state guide available online. On the SBA website, you can enter your zip code in the bix on the top right to find resources in your local area.

The Office of Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provides assistance to current and prospective small business owners by providing a wide variety of information and guidance.

The US Business Leadership Network is a great resource for entrepreneurs and established business owners with and without disabilities to connect.
