Abstract: Report of a pilot study on the feasibility of developing a structured interview procedure for use in selection of rehabilitation counseling personnel. A mail survey to state agencies and a selected group of private agencies focused on the potential value of an effective standardized interview procedure in personnel selection; the potential for acceptance of such a tool; the personnel levels for which such a tool would be appropriate; and the major content area to be included in such a tool.
