For quick searches, a word or two will generate the results you need. For example:

thoracic outlet
results in 16 abstracts from Document abstracts (REHABDATA).

spinal cord injury
results in 143 listings of Research projects (NIDRR Projects database).

bipolar
results in 3 resources from Other resource (Knowledgebase).

The all-in-one quick search looks for all of the words in your phrase, but not necessarily in that order. In the case of spinal cord injury, it looks for all records that include the words spinal, cord, and injury. To look for an exact phrase, use quotes (" "). Using the SCI example above:

spinal cord injury (143)
"spinal cord injury" (136)

Here's another example:
attention deficit disorder (393 from REHABDATA)
"attention deficit disorder" (113 from REHABDATA)
